VIDZ OPERATOR est né d’une obsession simple : retrouver le plaisir physique des anciens logiciels de VJing, en particulier Motion Dive, mais avec les possibilités d’aujourd’hui. Le projet transforme le navigateur en console de performance vidéo : deux decks, un Master Output, des cartouches, une bibliothèque visuelle, des boucles, des effets, un autopilot musical et un système d’enregistrement.
Ce n’est pas un logiciel de montage. C’est une machine de jeu visuel. On charge des clips, on les pousse dans les decks A et B, on mixe, on boucle, on synchronise, on enregistre. L’interface reprend une esthétique de boîtier noir métal, avec boutons physiques, logo central et accents orange.
Genèse du projet
Motion Dive avait une force rare : il donnait envie de jouer avec l’image. VIDZ OPERATOR reprend cette intuition et la pousse dans une direction contemporaine : interface hardware, IA locale, bibliothèque visuelle, formats modernes, autopilot musical et export vidéo.

VIDZDOWNATOR est le module compagnon de VIDZ OPERATOR. Il sert à récupérer des vidéos en ligne, les télécharger localement, les renommer proprement puis les préparer pour la bibliothèque de VIDZ OPERATOR.

- Télécharger le fichier localement.
- Renommer avec artiste, source et titre.
- Préparer les médias pour la performance.
- Importer ensuite dans VIDZ OPERATOR.
VIDZDOWNATOR doit être utilisé uniquement avec des contenus que vous avez le droit de télécharger, transformer ou diffuser.

A video instrument!
VIDZ OPERATOR was born from a simple obsession: bringing back the physical pleasure of early VJ software, especially Motion Dive, while using today’s possibilities. The project turns the browser into a live video console: two decks, a Master Output, cartridges, a visual library, loops, effects, musical autopilot and recording.
This is not an editing tool. It is a visual performance machine. Load clips, push them into Deck A and Deck B, mix, loop, sync and record. The interface is designed like a black metal hardware object with physical buttons, a central logo and orange signal accents.
Project genesis
Motion Dive had something rare: it made you want to play with images. VIDZ OPERATOR takes that intuition and pushes it into a contemporary direction: hardware-like interface, local AI, visual library, modern formats, musical autopilot and video export.

- Rename it with artist, source and title.
- Prepare media for performance.
- Import into VIDZ OPERATOR.
VIDZDOWNATOR should only be used with content you are allowed to download, transform or perform with.
