uh my name is Joe man um I'm from interf free economic zone this is where we are building U City in s Korea my specific skill is actually uh putting together very technical stuff with a human stuff I think um I build a city but I don't have a any uh civil engineering background I have a music background with a banking experience but I think uh the
building a new city is something new I'm always open to new ideas but have a flexibility still maintaining or putting into the human perspective because I think you know will all the system break out or um you know there's a balance between we're trying to combine every system into one system but then uh that's only possible if it's possible to you know connect every system into one
system I think what you probably will happen is that every system you know for example in the city there's a uh like a SE system there's a water system there's electricity all these things will have its own system and then there's a controlling Center control system um when central control system breaks down does every system breaks down I don't think so so it's the just because the
control system breaks down it's probably create a lot more inconvenience for the government people who like to enjoy the convenience of controlling simply however there are people who will be working on each individual system and then I hope that system maintains that it is so you might lose uh the worst case that I hope it will happen is that system breaks down and then probably affects some
of the systems in each individual critical systems such as know traffic fire uh water um however um I don't think that it will break down all at the same time to create the chaos I hope not I see people are happier with people and then technology are helping people but not uh not controlling people we do realize the challenge and trying to serve is that how do
we actually provide a system where individuals still can have a choice
