uh my name is GBS bindra and I'm the global Innovation director for loga worldwide loga was called unilog in France and was recently merged with loga and is now part of a big international company about $ billion in Revenue present in 36 countries and predominantly a European company with uh lots of uh development bases uh in an emerging part of the world and making sure that uh
lots of good ideas and good brains from emerging part of the world work together with European minds and brains to create a value for the customers and for the world uh that there is uh definitely more intelligence uh available in the world when uh Collective minds work on it rather than an individual mind okay uh it's it's a no-brainer that any decision which is taken or any
new thinking which has happened collectively creates much much more value uh than an individual thinking so so there is no uh reason why Collective uh thinking uh would ever go wrong because Collective thinking has a huge power a power to be taking a right decision and then standing by that decision I think self-determination is an important part of person's growing up or of a personal wisdom uh
self-determination is is very important uh in in an individual to even believe in in Collective widom and the two could possibly live together because if you do not have determination or self-determination to take the collective wisdom to the world or embrace it then neither Collective wisdom nor self-determination is of any use both of them put in use together can actually move the mountains I see more and
more Innovations happening because consumers are playing a very active role in making those Innovations happen I think in future every consumer will be able to create and demand a product which meets its needs and the companies will listen to every single consumer who may have a demand and who may have a need and create a product for him him and meet his need and aspiration technology combined
with creative use of Technology will do many things for the good of the world
