my name is uh gangl I'm from actor from China and I'm from I'm here to represent open web Asia work group I'm also a blogger and also doing some like Consulting work in China I feel myself is kind of complicated person cuz I understand Academic Way I understand the engineering way and also I know the business so I think that's my skill and because of I working

with many people from different country I think work group is something I can do and to put everybody together because when when people talk about chin internet for example and the M people are talking about the censorship in China and they say because what what the chinesee government freid of is and more because right now China they have like 300 million internet users so the the Chinese

government feel well if something goes wrong on the internet it will be chaos so that's the why the S be happening in China but but I think if if you look at two side of that because internet is going to so popular right now and the people if something people cannot do in the real life they can do it on internet and people now people trust like

what do we call social media they don't trust the mainstream media they trust social media so because the social media and people can can do something together you know they can call each other through internet then they can after that they can go straight then become the real chaos so that's bad side of that so I think government they have to do something kind of control that

to make sure everything goes right but that's the bad side but if you look at good size people now feel free because well you look like chaos but which also reflect people are more free than before because they can think they can communicate and between each other through internet and uh it's a chaos but but maybe you can find something good from the chaos people can Lear

the government can then from internet from the virtual chaos I can see what in future there will be ex two world the virtual world and the real world but there will be a channel between the virtual world and the real world and people can work through it and can do something some people cannot do right now I think one day it will be I I don't know

it's a it's a people can go anywhere in the space and go anywhere maybe you cannot feel you right now so that's what be virtual and real combination or both I don't need to I don't need to understand your language but if I can see your picture if you see like your the video you upload I think I can feel the culture you have

Xavier Faltot

////// Xavier Faltot is a multimedia producer based in Berlin. For more than twenty years he has moved through radio, image and the web as a media mutant: he started out alongside artist Shu Lea Cheang, founded the Parisian web radio Radiomarais and spent some fifteen years running cultural venues such as la Station and le Consulat, blending art, technology, cinema and poetry. A pioneer of creative uses of the web, he now builds images, voices and custom instruments with artificial intelligence, such as TEXT OPERATOR and La Carte des fuites, designed to write Maison Fluid, his treatise on fluid parenting, out on 25 July 2027.
