I'm tonin I'm uh currently working for uro which is a Dutch holding company that emphasizes some 10 insurance companies mainly in the Dutch but uh last few years also in other European markets we are dealing uh 84% of all insurance claims without any written document no bills no letters no application forms nothing just a direct contact mainly by telephone between our clients and our company I firmly
believe that uh over the last 100 years we have built institutions due to the fact that we lacked room to do it the way we should have done it and which is by real contact genuine contact authentic contact uh but we were limited we were restricted in technological and physical uh tools nowadays we get more and more tools and that is where we can go back and
you know being real again and not communicate on a formal basis by letter or by telephone by communicating on an informal basis by telephone or by chatting or whatever it is going to be absolutely an an absolutely and that is what we want that is what emancipation is about not being dependent from hierarchies and institutions and systems and structures and things like that nobody in our office
has fixed office hours so we make arrangements with our staff this is what you're going to do the next period that may be a months or three months or like in my case even three years and whether you do that 4 Hour hours a day or 8 hours a day or 20 hours a day and whether you do it at night or in the morning or in
the evening we couldn't care less that's none of our business that's the arrangement that our uh uh employees make with themselves and their family maybe but definitely not with us I'm seeing a future where nobody is dependent from any system any any structure any hierarchy or whatever and that people will be completely emancipated human beings that is what I see from the future you know things like
that do happen uh every now and then we would have a computer crash and we would you know have to talk with each other and things like that but what's the problem then I I very much like the future in that respect
