ZUPER WOK is a monthly radio experiment on Cashmere Radio (Berlin), driven by a personal transition — and shaped as a media-cament: a sonic remedy to illuminate, strengthen, and soften us at the same time.

Through spoken word, philosophy, interviews, cloned voices, AI music, breathwork and raw radio moments, the show helps shift the nervous system: from rigid modern performance to a more fluid way of living — more open, more gentle, more present, more true.

It also goes straight into the intimate zones where the old world still bites: couple dynamics, sex, masculinity, jealousy, consent, addiction, intoxication — and the decision to face it instead of escaping it.

This is not “wellness content.”
